Storyboard
Plan your video scene by scene
The storyboard is where you plan your video. Each row represents a scene (panel) with a visual description, audio description, duration, and camera move.
Views
The storyboard editor has four views, switchable via the toolbar or keys 1-4:
- Script — Write or edit your screenplay in a structured format
- Storyboard — Visual grid of all scenes with thumbnails and descriptions
- Assets — Manage characters, locations, and style references
- Timeline — NLE editor for precise clip editing
Adding scenes
- Click Add Panel at the bottom of the storyboard (or press A)
- Hover between scenes and click the + button to insert after a specific scene
- Ask the AI agent to generate scenes from your script
Editing scenes
Click on any field in a scene row to edit it:
- Visual description — Describe what the viewer sees. Use @mentions to reference assets
- Audio/SFX — Describe voiceover, sound effects, or music
- Duration — Set the planned duration in seconds
- Scene type — Choose a shot type (close-up, wide, etc.)
Scene workspace
Click the workspace button on a scene to open its dedicated playground. Here you can generate images and videos for that specific scene, view generation history, and apply results.
AI agent
Toggle the chat panel with C. The AI agent can generate a full storyboard from a prompt, edit specific scenes, add or remove scenes, and adjust timing and descriptions.
