Copyright, licensing & platform policies

Promotional license
By accepting rewards, creators grant Pixo a non-exclusive license for promotional use, including official social media distribution, brand marketing campaigns, offline exhibitions, and overseas promotion.
Content adaptation
Pixo may adapt content for promotional purposes — editing, subtitles and translation, voice-over, and aspect ratio adjustments.
Commercial use
For paid brand usage or licensing, a separate commercial agreement will be signed.
Attribution
Pixo will retain creator attribution and traffic redirection where reasonable.
Eligibility
Pixo and this program are intended for adults. Participants under 18 must obtain guardian consent before joining.
Anti-cheating policy
Strictly prohibited: unofficial clients, bots, or tools; mass account registration; fake engagement; device or network manipulation; account trading or reward fraud; and any other unfair practices. Pixo reserves the right to exclude invalid data, disqualify participants, reclaim rewards, suspend or ban accounts, and pursue legal action.
Account identity rules
Accounts may be treated as the same creator if they share login account, phone number, device, withdrawal account, payment details, IP, or abnormal device patterns.
Non-transferable rewards
All rewards — credits, cash, exposure, memberships — are non-transferable and non-saleable.
Tax compliance
Creators are responsible for applicable taxes. Pixo may withhold taxes in accordance with regulations.
Disclaimer & rule adjustments
Pixo is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, policy changes, system failures, or third-party issues. Pixo reserves the right to modify or terminate the program. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated rules.
Content compliance
Creators must not publish illegal content, pornographic, violent, or hateful material, infringing content, or misleading or false information. Pixo is committed to a healthy, high-quality creator ecosystem.
