These include: (a) AI model providers — ByteDance (Seedance), Kuaishou (Kling), Google (Veo, Imagen), Replicate, and others, which process your prompts and media to generate content; (b) Authentication — Google OAuth for sign-in; (c) Payment processing — Stripe, which handles payment information under its own privacy policy; (d) Analytics — PostHog for product usage analytics; (e) Error monitoring — Sentry for application error tracking; (f) Cloud infrastructure — Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting and data storage; (g) Object storage — Supabase for media file storage. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Third-party integrations you enable may receive relevant data as necessary for their function.
5. Cookies, Tracking, and Consent
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes: (a) Strictly necessary cookies — required for authentication, security, and core functionality (no consent required); (b) Analytics cookies — used to understand how you interact with our platform via PostHog (require consent where applicable); (c) Preference cookies — remember your settings such as language and theme. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions requiring consent, we obtain your explicit consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings panel or your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. Generated content may be deleted according to your plan's storage limits.

9. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): (a) Right to know — request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected; (b) Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information; (c) Right to opt-out of sale — we do not sell your personal information, so this right does not apply; (d) Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. 10. Data Processing Agreement
For business customers and organizations subject to GDPR, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that governs our processing of personal data on your behalf. 11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
