These are estimates. Confirm by listening: half/double tempo and related keys can be ambiguous. Tonal match strength is not a probability of correctness. Sampled sections disagree. This can mean a tempo or key change, a different pulse interpretation, or an uncertain estimate.

Why might I see 70 BPM instead of 140 BPM?

The same pulse can be heard at half or double tempo. Use the half-time and double-time controls to compare interpretations with your song. These controls change the displayed timing, not audio playback speed.

How can I use the BPM and key?
