Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and credit purchases on Pixo are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Pixo to charge your payment method the applicable recurring fee on each renewal date.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and any included credits remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

4. Credit Purchases

Purchased credit packs are charged as one-time payments and are non-refundable except as required by law. Plan-allocated credits reset at each renewal; purchased credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Refund Eligibility

We may, at our discretion, issue refunds for duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your statutory rights, including any cooling-off rights in your jurisdiction, are not affected by this policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing problem, contact us at billing@pixo.video within 14 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the 'Last updated' date above; continued use of paid features after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
